Are any of you aware when I called them last week as My car sat at Nissan and I needed some general questions answered so that I could better guide the Nissan "mechanic" with the consult trying to diagnose my problems. I asked the guy who answered the phone to GET KYLE OR MARK on the phone. They were to busy. Well guess what , 7 months later and 7k in the hole I am PISSED. read the initial post. I ASK THEM ONE MORE TIME TO HELP ME AND CALL ME OR I WILL DISPUTE ALL CHARGES. If their email is DOWN, then I suggest someone who is their LOYAL friend call them and ask them to call me now. Isn"t Fred their good bud, well he has not respondeed to my email from last week requesting his ideas on what to do and TO TELL THE DYNAMIC DUO TO CALL ME. NO MORE EXCUSES. I assure you that i will remain calm and follow through with anything I say i will do. the choice is theirs to call me . At this point i do not care if they do or do not. i will follow a very simple dispute process if they continue to ignore me.
